Experience both history and charm at this unique venue in Westminster, MD. Built in 1853 and listed as a National Historic Landmark, the Museum blends the rustic ambiance of a rural setting with the convenience of a modern downtown location.

Reception Barn: This charming barn accommodates up to 80 guests with tables and chairs provided. Icicle lights, coachmen wall lanterns, and two illuminated birch trees add a warm glow. An antique flower cart is available for displaying cakes or gifts. Guests can follow a solar-lit path to the Pine Grove, where additional picnic tables are available. The venue also includes handicap-accessible restrooms.

Bridal Dressing Chamber: A beautifully furnished dressing room with private restrooms, providing a comfortable and stylish preparation area for the bridal party.

Garden & Gazebo: This scenic area includes seating for up to 150 guests with access to an electric supply, creating a lovely outdoor ceremony space.

Additional Amenities: The venue offers lawn games, farmyard animals from April through mid-October, playground access, historic farmhouse tours, and open museum exhibits during visiting hours. Numerous unique photo opportunities abound, including a covered bridge, historic farmhouse, stream, rustic buildings, and gardens.
