Originally built in 1928 as a dance hall and picnic grove, Island View has evolved from a beloved neighborhood bar to a full-service waterfront wedding and event venue. With its expansive lawns, cozy fire pit, and panoramic sunset views, Island View Waterfront provides the perfect backdrop for both outdoor and indoor gatherings. The outdoor space accommodates up to 120 guests, while the indoor space with a covered porch is ideal for more intimate events of up to 50 guests.

As a full-day rental venue, Island View hosts only one wedding per day, with weekend rentals available for those who want to enjoy a longer celebration.
