Nestled near the Arkansas/Oklahoma border in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains, Avalon Keep Botanical Gardens offers a dozen different outdoor ceremony sites plus an all season celebration hall with a full range of conveniences for your family and guests. Our outdoor ceremony sites range from waterfront to quiet forests and woodland gardens. Avalon Hall provides banquet seating for up to 200 guests, a ballroom with stage, lighting and sound plus private dressing areas and modern restroom facilities for your guests. A covered drive thru portico with two lanes is a nice touch in the event of rain.

We provide options for professional table service, professional photography, professional lighting and sound as well as decor rentals, cakes and catering. Our goal is to help your day be as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

Facilites
Avalon Hall Ballroom is a beautifully decorated space with an ecclectic blend of decor features with a historic Scottish Manor theme surrounded by the beauty of nature. Features include full setup and take down of banquets, a dance floor with stage lights and programmable drape lights plus all the sound you'll need. There's a covered terrace out back and a private bridal suite with all the amenities you'll expect. Separate catering entrance ensures a smooth transition after dinner.
This amazing space is just steps from Avalon Hall. Inspired by Hadrians Wall in the British Isles, this salute to old Scotland and the ingenuity of Rome provides the perfect backdrop for an outdoor ceremony. Moongate Garden features a hanging garden atop the arch and is bordered by Willows and Roses.
Our ceremony sites are scattered across more than 100 acres of the estate. Choose from woodland hideaways, waterfront, meadow and garden sites. These include: Monet's Bridge, Wisteria Arch, The Waterfront Pergola, West Lawn, North Shore, Hidden Lake, Little Texas, Serenity Circle and Moongate Garden. In the event of inclimate weather, no worries as the ceremony can effortlessly be relocated inside Avalon Hall.
