Facilities and Capacity
Historic Oakland offers multiple event spaces, both indoor and outdoor, that can accommodate up to 172 guests. Inside, the main ballroom—featuring crystal chandeliers and soft-toned walls—hosts up to 80 for banquet-style seating, and can be extended to the Veranda to seat 112 guests. The Veranda, accessible through elegant glass doors, is ideal for cocktail hours with high-top tables. Additionally, the Foyer offers a space for dancing, and the sunny Magnolia room accommodates up to 80 guests for indoor ceremonies.
For outdoor events, the beautifully landscaped grounds provide a scenic ceremony setting, and a tented area on the estate can host up to 172 guests, making it perfect for larger celebrations. Historic Oakland also offers smaller rooms ideal for dressing areas, engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners.
Services Offered
Historic Oakland provides an on-site Facility Manager to oversee the building’s operational functions during events. Venue rentals include a variety of tables and chairs for both indoor and outdoor use. Outdoor ceremony equipment is available for an additional fee, and clients are free to choose their own vendors, including caterers, to customize their event.
