About Us: Pareik at Brandywine is part of the Pareik family of event venues, offering a stunning and modern event space in Brandywine, MD. This 3,349 square-foot gallery venue features 14-foot windows, 24-foot exposed ceilings, and luxurious grey vinyl flooring, creating an ambiance of sophistication for memorable events. With a 110-person seating capacity, ample room for a dance floor, and upscale details such as a custom 24-foot bench, crystal chandeliers, and a wet bar, this space is ideal for various celebrations.

Rental Packages: Each rental includes:
6-hour venue rental (set up and tear down included)
Choice of linens in 14 colors
Charger options (solid silver, solid gold, clear with silver or gold beaded edges)
Candelabras and floral centerpieces for decor enhancement
Additional Services: Pareik provides a network of top-tier celebrity planners, decorators, bartenders, DJs, caterers, and other vendors to bring each event vision to life. The team also offers personalized attention to detail for every celebration, ensuring that each event reflects the latest trends and creative designs.
Rental Information:
Booking: 30% deposit required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior.
Time Slots: Early (8 am – 4 pm) and Late (4 pm – midnight), with custom time frames available upon request.
