The Barns at Maple Valley Farm is situated in the middle of 47 acres of equestrian farmland. Both barns were re-designed to give the elegance and prestige of the Triple Crown Races; the Derby, the Preakness and the Belmont. Fitted with custom cupolas on the roofs, stained rafters, rustic bronze chandeliers and fixtures, four indoor restrooms, marbled concrete floors, ceiling fans and convenient side doors to regulate air flow during the event; every detail was thoughtfully created and engineered.

With all of the upgrades, The Barns at Maple Valley Farm is one of the most affordable and unique venues in the West Virginia, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and DC area. The Barns may be the dream location for your wedding day.

Up to 150 Guests

2 Days – 13 hours Total for Friday & Saturday

Friday : 3-8pm (5 hours) for Set Up, Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner

Saturday: (8 hours)

2 hours before Ceremony for Vendor Set Up, Getting Ready & Photos

5 hours- Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Dinner & Dancing

1 hour Clean Up which includes removal of all personal property and trash removal from all rooms and containers.

Festivities to End 5 hours from Ceremony time or by 10pm

Vacate property 1 hour after Festivities End or by 11pm

Indoor Ceremony Site (For Inclement Weather)

Up to 150 Chairs Total for Ceremony & Reception

Situated in the middle of 47 acres of equestrian farmland in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, The Barns are located between Shepherdstown and Charles Town. Only a 10 minute drive from the Maryland/Northern Virginia line and less than a 90 minute drive from DC & Baltimore
