The Pavilion: A spacious 7,800 sq. ft. timber frame structure with 6,000 sq. ft. of main event space, perfect for hosting up to 250 guests. The pavilion is adorned with handcrafted Douglas Fir beams, nautical touches, and a glass wall facing the Potomac River, creating a scenic and upscale ambiance.
Manor House: A classic Georgian Colonial home offering distinct ready rooms with waterfront views and porch access, providing the perfect space for pre-ceremony preparations.
Pier: A 130-ft pier illuminated with solar lights, offering unmatched sunset views and a memorable backdrop for photos.
