Venice on the Bay Community Hall, located at 1919 Arundel Rd. and Bens Way in the Venice on the Bay Community, is available for rent for special occasions. This community-operated venue offers an affordable rental space for both association members and non-members, with rental rates of $225 for members and $400 for non-members. A $150 security and cleaning deposit is required to secure your date. The Hall is maintained by volunteers to keep rental costs low, and renters are expected to leave the space ready for the next use.
Amenities and Information: The hall accommodates up to 145 guests, with 145 chairs and 15 eight-foot rectangular tables that fit standard 108 x 54-inch tablecloths. Rental periods vary: Saturday rentals begin at 6 pm Friday through midnight Saturday, and Sunday rentals are from 9 am to midnight. A full kitchen, including a stove, microwave, and two refrigerators, is available. Basic cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products are provided.
Important Notes: If you plan to serve alcohol, an Anne Arundel County One-Day Liquor License is required, with assistance available from the Hall Manager.
